VENDOR TIPS:

 * Bring change with you - change is not available from the office, although ATM's are located on the grounds

* Be sure to have your hangtag, receipt and sales tax ID number with you

* Have your hangtag visible at all times to gain access to the grounds and parking

* Electricity and water are available within 100' of each lot, but you need to provide your own extension cord and water hose

* Free parking is available for vendors by the Log Cabin

* Hill Top Parking is located by the Main Gate on Groves Street for $10/$20 for the weekend

*Reserved parking is also available at the On Grounds Parking Area by the creek on the east side of the grounds for $10 per space

* Vendors may park ON THEIR LOT with merchandise displayed at the front of the lot

Vendor Information

Become part of the historic and world-famous Trade Days experience by becoming a vendor in the Original First Monday Trade Days Park. Located on some 100 acres between FM 859 and SH 19, the original park is owned and operated by the City of Canton. Estimates of monthly visitors to the Original First Monday Park range from 100,000 during January, February, March, July, August and September to 300,000 visitors during April, May, June, October, November and December.

   Outdoor Lots 

Outdoor Lots are available at $50 per lot for the weekend (Thursday through Sunday).  The lots are approximately 12' wide by 20' deep.  The lots may be renewed on a month-by-month basis if rent is paid by the Friday following each First Monday.  There are no set hours for outside vendors.  You may stay open any part of the four days, but the rate is not prorated if you open only one day.  You may rent a lot in person during First Monday or via phone (beginning the second Tuesday after First Monday) by calling (903) 567-6556.

   

Dry Creek Landing (Lock & Leave)

Dry Creek Landing is a 10,000 square-foot lock and leave building. It is not a climate-controlled building, but is well insulated, ventilated and will have circulating fans.
 
In addition to First Monday policies and procedures vendor information brochure, Dry Creek Landing vendors must comply with the building guidelines.

The Civic Center is an air-conditioned/heated building.  Vendors in the Civic Center sell antiques and collectibles which are at least twenty years old.  Tables and chairs are available for rent at an additional cost.

Rental Rates for the spaces are as follows:  10'x10' - $125.00; 10'x12' - $150.00; 10'x14' - $175.00                                        

 

 
 
 

  

The Trade Centers are covered pavillions.  The Trade Center spaces are available by application only.  Vendors are placed to avoid having duplicate merchandise side by side.
