• Minimum Bid: $2,600 (starting bid)

• Building Size: Building is approximately 30 x 45

• Application Process:

  1. Submit your bid along with a completed rental application.

  2. Bids must be sealed and dropped off at the First Monday Trade Days Office (Log Cabin) or City Hall.

  3. The highest bid with an approved application will be accepted. If there is a tie, the first bid submitted will be considered.
